Ms. Clark’s Period 6 kids who are missing homework, report to room 130 at break today. we will have our first assembly, here are a few guidelines for assembly behavior: it is not a rally (no screaming and shouting), keep hands and feet to yourself, listen respectfully, clap when appropriate and remain seated until you are dismissed. Do you know what Dia De Los Muertos is? Dia De Los Muertos or Day of the Dead is a Mexican celebration to remember and honor family members who have passed away. Day of the Dead is not like Halloween. The goal is not to scare people but to celebrate the lives of people that are no longer with the living. There will be a Dia De Los Muertos Celebration at lunch today! Come to the redwood trees to learn about the history and traditions of day of the dead and participate by making remembrance cards, coloring a skull mask or making tissue flowers!
